Annual financial statements shall be independently audited by qualified auditors to ensure accuracy, compliance, and financial integrity. In addition, CC shall publish annual impact reports detailing financial performance, program outcomes, and organizational achievements.
JCC shall enforce a robust compliance, data protection, and privacy framework to safeguard personal, financial, and organizational data. All practices will comply with applicable data protection laws and recognized international standards, ensuring transparency, accountability, and stakeholder confidence.
